3. General information on data processing

We generally only process personal data of our users insofar as this is necessary to provide a functional website as well as our content and services. Processing is based on Art. 6 (1) lit. a, b or f GDPR.

4. Provision of the website / server log files

When the website is accessed, our hosting provider (Vercel Inc., or Vercel GmbH for EU data processing) automatically collects information that the browser transmits to the server: IP address, date and time, browser type/version, operating system, referrer URL. Legal basis: Art. 6 (1) lit. f GDPR (legitimate interest in stability, security and optimisation). The data is stored for a maximum of 30 days and then deleted.

5. Hosting (Vercel)

This website is hosted on the edge platform of Vercel Inc. Vercel processes data on servers within the EU; data processing is secured by a data processing agreement (Art. 28 GDPR). Further information: vercel.com/legal/privacy-policy.

6. Contact form & email delivery (Resend)

When you use our contact form, we process the data you enter (name, email address, role, school/organisation, message) to handle your enquiry. Legal basis: Art. 6 (1) lit. b GDPR (contractual measures) or Art. 6 (1) lit. f GDPR (legitimate interest in answering).

For email delivery we use Resend Inc. (2261 Market Street #5039, San Francisco, CA 94114, USA). Resend is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework; a data processing agreement with Standard Contractual Clauses is in place. More info: resend.com/legal/privacy-policy.

We delete your enquiry as soon as it has been finally processed and no statutory retention obligations stand against deletion.

7. Cookies & tracking

The edOS marketing website does not use cookies or tracking pixels. We use neither web-analytics services (e.g. Google Analytics) nor social-media plugins.

8. Fonts (Google Fonts)

This website uses the "Inter" typeface served by the Google Fonts CDN. When you load the page, the font is fetched from a Google LLC server, which transmits your browser's IP address to Google. Legal basis: Art. 6 (1) lit. f GDPR (consistent presentation of fonts). You can prevent loading of external fonts via browser add-ons (e.g. NoScript).

This website links to external pages (e.g. the app at app.edos.one). We have no influence on the data processing of these providers; please note their respective privacy policies.
